As part of the overall Turf Valley Resort Golf Club Master Plan, this retail component provides local restaurant and grocer opportunities minutes from the residences.
This main street retail design incorporates gathering spaces and pedestrian pavers to transition spaces and control traffic patterns. The central plaza boasts a fountain, fireplace, and seating, organizing the small-format retail center around a Harris Teeter grocery anchor.
Directly adjacent to the Turf Valley Towne Centre The Martin Architectural Group designed four residential apartment buildings over podium parking. The “Oakmont at Turf Valley” residences provide a direct access horizontal mixed use component to accent the new Towne Square.
