Steve Kronenbitter, PE 

President, Architectural Engineering: Structure

Steve founded and heads Architectural Engineering: Structure (AE:S).  In his 25 years of design and professional practice in major multi-market engineering and architectural firms, he has worked on projects as diverse as the 350-unit Asbury Methodist Continuing Care Retirement Community (Solomons Island, MD), the mixed-use Sansom Commons at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), the 25,000 GSF active adult clubhouse at Green Park Village (Wanaque, NJ), and the four-story-wood-frame-over-concrete-parking-deck King Farm multi-family residences (Rockville, MD).  

A graduate of both Drexel University and The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering, Steve holds professional engineering registration throughout the Eastern Seaboard.  He has a wide breadth of knowledge in a diversity of building designs including wood frame, light-gauge steel, masonry, structural steel, cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete, and composite floor and beam systems.
