Who Do We Seek?
The Martin Architectural Group has an immediate full-time position for a project manager with experience in design through construction documentation and administration. The architect will work on a large number of projects, primarily on senior housing, multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial projects, and Transit Oriented Design projects. The project manager must have extensive wood framed construction expertise and detailing experience.
What Does The Position Entail?
- Direct involvement with client and architectural teams
- Direction with architectural staff for design and construction documents
- Detailing and construction administration
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Land Planning
- 10+ years of experience in project design, and documentation
- Experience in senior housing, mixed-use projects and multi-family residential
- Developer client relation experience

Who Do We Seek?
The Martin Architectural Group has immediate full-time positions for a project manager and two architectural designers with experience on design through construction documentation. These positions would work from our Baltimore office, located within the heart of the city. The team will work on a large number of projects, primarily on mixed-use, commercial projects, Transit Oriented Design, and multi-family residential projects. Our firm has extensive clientele in the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia area, and creating a local studio to serve them is a major opportunity for the right ambitious candidates.
What Do The Positions Entail?
- Initial concepts of multiple projects each month
- Direct involvement with client and architectural teams
- Zoning review for each project for applicable uses
- Perspectives created by hand or computer
- Site planning design
- Conceptual floor plans, elevations, sections
- Direction with architectural staff for design implementation
- Design development documentation
- Construction documentation
- Coordination with multiple consultant teams
