The Martin Architectural Group, P.C. created the now iconic master plan for the towne centre, and developed the designs and construction documents for the first high-rise building: Grandview. Incorporating the classic charm of the historic Annapolis downtown, a failed mall site was redeveloped into a 32-acre, mixed-use lifestyle center. The Grandview condominium building includes a rooftop lounge and pool with 46,600 SF ground-level retail.
