The project is a 4 story wood frame fee simple townhouse construction. There is one unit type in three buildings with a total of 18 units on the site. The parcel is situated next to a new 5 story apartment building and an adjacent retail site in an urban area of Annapolis Maryland. Storm water from the building roofs are directed into rain gardens at the front of each unit. Each unit includes a sizeable roof deck, a deck off of the second floor in the rear alley, and each unit includes an elevator.

This project features the construction of 18 fee-simple townhomes across three buildings, each four stories with a contemporary wood-frame design. Located in the heart of urban Annapolis, Maryland, the site is nestled beside a newly developed five-story apartment complex and a neighboring retail hub, creating a vibrant, walkable community setting.

Each townhouse offers a single, thoughtfully designed floor plan that emphasizes both functionality and luxury. Notable highlights include private elevators, expansive rooftop decks perfect for entertaining, and second-floor rear decks overlooking a shared alleyway.
