The project has 6 residential buildings, with one building containing 12,000 square feet of commercial on the ground floor. The apartment buildings are all four-story wood frame with brick, cementitious siding and paneling exteriors. The community contains a 12,000 square foot clubhouse with leasing center and resort style pool. The project has three buildings containing 34 total individual garages and maintenance garage. The site also has a trash collection center with compactor and recycle bins.
