BOWLING BROOK

Exterior Renovations crafted for Bowling Brook Estates in Laurel, MD.  The community, developed in 1985 by Knott Realty, nestled into a semi-rural location in south of Baltimore, consists of 32 walk up style, generous sized unit apartment buildings and a community clubhouse.

In 2022 our firm was hired to revamp the ailing exterior facades and bring long-term durability and a new sense of modern style to this established neighborhood.  The $7 million dollar renovation consisted of complete exterior siding removal and replacement with modern stone and vinyl siding products for durability, minimal maintenance, and water protection.

The result- a dual color concept of warm earth tones and cool slate palettes, repainted decks and balconies, replaced downspouts and trims.  The single story clubhouse and pool building received the strongest makeover by not only updating the exterior colors, but by maintaining the large gable roof, and accenting it with multiple layers of trim and small additional elements breaking up the mass.  The community, now enhanced and updated provides once again suburban options as a beautiful rental property.
