This ambitious renovation expansion of the Martin Architectural Group’s flagship Philadelphia office in the mid 1980s included adding a third floor above the roof structure of the occupied facility. The exterior facade and interior finishes were designed by the firm and stand as a legacy to the firm’s success over the years.
