Density concept study to revitalize a defunct outlet retail site to provide a HUD backed multi-family residential development in three phases. The multiple phase project includes three 5 story residential buildings with podium parking, and a stand-alone clubhouse facility. The aesthetics of the architecture are inspired by the local Reading train station, with long eave overhangs, art deco stone components, and a rich composition of brick facades.
