The Covington Oaks community provides alternate land use density choices by situating four buildings of stacked townhouse living in a traditional residential neighborhood in Bowie, MD.
24 individual townhouses, each four levels tall, and with two residential units each, comprise the new 48-unit development. These three and four bedroom stacked units, create value for land use, and reduce resources needed to increase home ownership.
Designed with brick facades, variations in siding, bay window projections, and steep pitched roofs with deep overhangs, the four buildings provide architectural charm matching the styles of the surrounding neighborhood.
