THE IDDEAL PLACE

Located in Palm Beach County, The IDDeal Place will be the county’s first independent housing community for adults with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and only the eighth housing development of its kind in Florida. It will consist of 3 residential buildings, and outdoor spaces for passive recreation and socialization.

Residential Building #1 is the largest structure in the campus spanning over 18,000 sq.ft. with 18 beds. Residential Building #2 contains 6 beds, and overnight housing for two staff members. The Director’s Residence will be approximately 3,000 Sq. Ft. and serve as a full-time residence.
